The room was lovely. The bed was large and comfortable. The AC worked well. The fridge was regularly topped up with large bottles of water and a selection of soft drinks. The room had a good balcony overlooking the sea and a space to enjoy magnificent sunsets. The staff are very friendly, hardworking and patient. There are plenty of activities throughout the day if you wish to partake; otherwise, there are three pools and a children's waterpark. As it was not peak season during my visit, there was never any problem getting a sun lounger, there was always space in the restaurant, bars and lounge area, but these can become busy when a tropical storm hits in the day. The hotel backs onto a beautiful beach which is safe to walk along; although there are some locals just beyond the hotel fencing trying to sell their goods, they weren't pushy and left me alone once I made it clear that I was not going to buy anything or book a trip. The sunset at the beach attracts many people from the hotel and surrounding properties to get those insta worthy shots!

I would like to thank all employees & Management who let us enjoyed our stay very much In fact they are looking for all the details that guest need and we are not able to think for any missing details since they covered everything. Special thanks & appreciation for the following , • Chef Kasun: for his hospitality & smile for all guest and watching all details. He is really good person •Mr.Ruwan who is very polite , friendly and big support for guests, and I was talking to him as brother •Sameera: who brings everything to us without talking Even. I noticed the passion for his work and serving guestswith love and smiles. Finally , I visited 25 countries so far and stayed in many hotels and I can say this is the best hotel I have ever stayed in my life and would be very happy to visit it again and again Before ending I would like to thankthe house keeping employees who are working in as very active way and gave us beautiful shapes made by them , they are really artists and deserves appreciation

We had a great vacation. We arrived at the hotel long before the check-in time, but the wonderful staff did everything to make our waiting time as short as possible. We got to the room already at 13:20. The territory of the hotel was spacious, clean and green. The whole hotel is very clean. The size of the room was great, the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The air conditioning system worked great. The food is varied and very tasty. Would definitely come back here again and again.

Amazing hotel and staff, we moved from citrus wasakuda where we took all inclusive package and booking .com showed me mini bar in room but my mini bar was empty. I riu it was full and also water from Aquafina. The riu hitel had three meals but if you missed them the hotel had so many snack outlets 24/7 . Amazing large beach front , superstructure kids and adult pools , amazing bar, all kind of drinks were free pina coladas, mojito and you name it, they would even make one as per my request. Unlimited champagne.

Location, food and staff were fantastic. Our second time staying there and loved it. Better than the first time two years ago. Nightly Entertainment was great - band and performances. Ruwan was fantastic when he hosted us in several of the restaurants dinner, lunch or breakfast sittings.
