The room was lovely. The bed was large and comfortable. The AC worked well. The fridge was regularly topped up with large bottles of water and a selection of soft drinks. The room had a good balcony overlooking the sea and a space to enjoy magnificent sunsets. The staff are very friendly, hardworking and patient. There are plenty of activities throughout the day if you wish to partake; otherwise, there are three pools and a children's waterpark. As it was not peak season during my visit, there was never any problem getting a sun lounger, there was always space in the restaurant, bars and lounge area, but these can become busy when a tropical storm hits in the day. The hotel backs onto a beautiful beach which is safe to walk along; although there are some locals just beyond the hotel fencing trying to sell their goods, they weren't pushy and left me alone once I made it clear that I was not going to buy anything or book a trip. The sunset at the beach attracts many people from the hotel and surrounding properties to get those insta worthy shots!

Special thanks & appreciation for the following , • Chef Kasun: for his hospitality & smile for all guest and watching all details. He is really good person •Mr.Ruwan who is very polite , friendly and big support for guests, and I was talking to him as brother •Sameera: who brings everything to us without talking Even. I noticed the passion for his work and serving guestswith love and smiles. Finally , I visited 25 countries so far and stayed in many hotels and I can say this is the best hotel I have ever stayed in my life and would be very happy to visit it again and again Before ending I would like to thankthe house keeping employees who are working in as very active way and gave us beautiful shapes made by them , they are really artists and deserves appreciation

Great selection of food ensured everyone had something they liked on offer from grilled fish and meats to pizzas , burgers and local curry’s. Friendly staff and quick responses to any requests we had. We were lucky to receive an upgrade on arrival which offered a great view and the room was nice and spacious compared to some others we have stayed in. Housekeeping created daily towel art which our children loved to see after a day at the pool and beach. Some areas of the hotel needed some extra attention such as the umbrellas around the pool are probably due for repair or replacement for example and on occasion we would not receive enough bath towels for our party but this was quickly solved.

Housekeeping was excellent and aside from servicing the rooms really well, went out of their way to check we were happy. Service in all the restaurants and bars was excellent - never had to wait for drinks and all staff were very attentive. Food in all the restaurants was also very good with a lot of choice including for myself as a vegetarian and a toddler. Rooms were well sized, clean, comfortable and with good working air conditioning and hot water. We absolutely loved our stay here and wouldn't hesitate to come back.

We had a great vacation. We arrived at the hotel long before the check-in time, but the wonderful staff did everything to make our waiting time as short as possible. We got to the room already at 13:20. The territory of the hotel was spacious, clean and green. The whole hotel is very clean. The size of the room was great, the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The air conditioning system worked great. The food is varied and very tasty. Would definitely come back here again and again.
